Brilliant Light Power, Inc. (BrLP) has developed a new, zero-pollution, zero-CO2 primary energy source based on a proprietary hydrogen plasma reaction that releases 200 times the energy of burning hydrogen.

Dr. Randell Mills and BrLP have developed & validated working prototypes and discovered and proven the existence of Hydrino®; developed a device, a SunCell®, to convert the radiant Hydrino® power release to electricity using concentrator solar cells / photovoltaic (PV) cells that powers essentially all thermal, cooling, electrical, and motive applications. Extensive tests/proofs have been validated at commercial scale.
The BrLP SunCell® having a capital cost of less than 1/10th that of solar power was invented and engineered to harness this new source of power. The energy cell is capable of more than 5 million watts (MW) per liter. It’s the highest power density of anything known.
The New Renewable energy technology is tremendously inexpensive, being 200 times cheaper than competing power sources. The Hydrino® powered SunCell® can replace coal, oil, gas, nuclear, solar, wind, LNG, bio, hydro … every imaginable form of power and it's a totally novel new way of making energy.
Specifically, BrLP is operating SunCell® at commercial scale (250 kW) producing power levels that, upon finalization of engineering and design, can power essentially all power applications with no fuels or grid connection, projected $15/kW cap cost, $0.001 kW/h generation cost with no transmission, distribution, or demand charges, no supply chain issues, and zero pollution, zero-CO2 …. AND THE FUEL IS WATER !
The Company began building a prototype of current SunCells® in 2018, completed development of and validation of a 250kW thermal boiler in 2020, and completed development of a commercial prototype optical power source to produce electricity by concentrator photovoltaic conversion in 2023.
Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) direct conversion of the plasma power into electricity has also been developed. However, due to the enormous energies from the Hydrino® process, the brilliant plasma that produces a higher power density than any known power source, has been a challenge. Dr. Randell Mills and BrLP therefore invented the SunCells® whereby this enormous light is transmitted through a optical power window and can be converted into electricity, with up to 85% conversion efficiency, using existing technology called concentrator photovoltaic cells.

According to Dr. Randell Mills’ theory, hydrogen can react with a catalyst in a 2-step process, in which first a small amount of energy is transferred by a process called resonant inductive coupling, in integer increments of 27.2 eV. When this photon is accepted by the catalyst from the atomic hydrogen, the hydrogen electron then becomes unstable and will decay into a lower, fractional orbital, closer to the nucleus.
This 2nd step releases a larger increment of energy than would be predicted by any other known chemical reactions, 200x higher than burning hydrogen.

The CO2-free nonpolluting power-producing SunCell® catalytically converts the hydrogen directly into a more stable allotrope of hydrogen that is the dark matter of the universe and brilliant light-emitting plasma that is hotter than the surface of the Sun at an extraordinary power density equivalent to tens of thousands of times the Sun’s intensity at the Earth’s surface.
