The theory’s basic proposition is an eminently reasonable one: the physical laws of the universe are the same on all scales.  This theory overturns the reigning theory, of standard quantum mechanics, which posits that the laws of the universe operative at the scales familiar to our everyday lives are not applicable at the atomic scale.  Dr. Mills has supplied the world with a vast tract of compelling evidence that his theory is broadly correct and standard quantum mechanics (SQM) is not. Unfortunately, that evidence has gone largely ignored by the scientific community, due in large part to its wildly disruptive nature with respect to the physics status quo.

Dr. Mills has replaced the field generally known as Quantum Mechanics which postulates that classical physical laws do not apply at the atomic scale by deriving a new atomic theory of from those first principles, which unifies Maxwell’s Equations, Newton’s Laws, and General and Special Relativity. The central feature is that physical laws hold over all scales, from the scale of subatomic particles to that of the cosmos.

Dr. Mills’ atomic model is elegant in its simplicity. He contends that electrons bound to atoms are real, physical objects. Specifically, they are bubbles of negative charge that symmetrically surround the positively charged nucleus. Picture a soap bubble surrounding a pea and you’ll have a pretty accurate mental image for Dr. Mills’ model of the hydrogen atom, the simplest atomic system.

From two basic equations, Dr. Randell Mills has solved the key building blocks of organic chemistry, allowing the true physical structure and parameters of an infinite number of organic molecules up to infinite length and complexity to be obtained. These equations were also applied to bulk forms of matter, such as the allotropes of carbon, the solid bond of silicon and the semiconductor bond; as well as fundamental forms of matter such as the ionic bond and the metallic bond; and major fields of chemistry such as that of silicon, tin, aluminum, boron, and coordinate compounds.

Dr. Randell Mills’ theoretically predicted the state he dubbed Hydrino® and experimentally verified its existence through the technology that harnesses a reaction that catalyzes the transition of hydrogen to a lower-energy state. It releases roughly 200 times the energy of combusting hydrogen on a per atom basis.
